Due to a medical emergency with Crystal Bowersox, it was the men who competed tonight and the women will sing tomorrow. Tonight reminded me of why I usually skip Idol between Hollywood Week and the Top 12: At this point in the competition it’s really hard to stand out. Michael “Big Mike” Lynche was the only one who sang tonight that was not completely forgettable. Most of them weren’t bad, but really, do we care about any individual performers at this point?
